Product description

Hydration bladder integrated into a backpack. The hydration bladder holds about 2 liters. Hose for easy drinking runs to the front. The backpack has several compartments and fasteners on the outside and is perfect for shorter trips. The backpack holds about 10 liters, but can be compressed so it fits tight even if you only have the hydration bladder in it. Has shoulder straps, waist belt and chest strap.

Solid quality. We at Rodastjarnan use this and are very satisfied. Mainly used during long-distance workouts (running 20+ miles) to bring fluid with you. The backpack has ventilating straps, sits tight against the body and does not rub. Can really be recommended!
