The cover has bungee cords if you need to attach any bulky accessories to the outside, e.g. windbreaker.
On the back is a velcro pouch.
Made of durable 600D polyester coated with chlorine fiber, inner fabric of polyester and bungee cords of 80% polyester and 20% elastodine.
