Terms and conditions

We at Rodastjarnan are very keen that our customers are satisfied. Furthermore, we take our responsibility for all our customers so that everyone is treated in a fast and professional manner. If you feel that something has gone wrong, you can always contact us. Minimum order value regardless of any discounts is SEK 1.

Delivery
Orders are packed the same day the arrive in almost all cases and will be picked up by UPS the day after. The delivery is handled by UPS and delivery will usually take 2-4 days. For very remote locations, the delivery time might be longer.
If packages are not collected after 14 days, the delivery will be returned to us
Uncollected packages are charged with SEK 300, but please contact us if you want the package again and we will fix it for you.

Credit and Debit Card

Our card payments are handled by our payment partner Svea Ekonomi AB to guarantee fast and secure payment. For increased security, we use 3D-Secure, which is a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet. The transfer of information is encrypted with SSL-Secure Socket Layer-128 bit encryption and takes place in Svea's payment window, where no information is available to the store. There is no fee for card payment and we immediately see that your payment has been made and can send your order immediately.

Direct bank transfer via Trustly

When you choose to pay via the payment method direct bank payment Trustly, the payment is carried out by Svea in collaboration with Trustly. A direct payment is booked immediately with us. There is no charge and the transfer of information is encrypted with SSL-Secure Socket Layer-128 bit encryption and takes place in Svea's payment window

Advance payment with Paypal (fee applies): You pay in advance with Paypal. You just follow the instructions in the email you received when you placed the order here on the website. GDPR; safety regarding personal data
We act in accordance of GDPR, the European laws regarding the protection of personal information. When placing an order we store your personal information to fullfill our task in delivering your order.

Our payment provider Svea Bank AB will store information to fulfill their obligations regarding the payment transaction. To be able to offer you correct service, emial conversations will be stored on Gmail, run by Google llc.

We will not sell your data to 3rd parties. After 7 years, when our obligations regarding accounting expires, all remaining data will be deleted. You can request a full deletion of your data, please email our data protection officer at info@rodastjarnan.com

Returns and faulty goods
If the goods were not delivered satisfactory we will fix the problem. Unwanted goods can also be returned. Please contacts us at webb@rodastjarnan.com

Denied to purchase
We always denies the purchase in the following cases; suspicion that the goods will be used in illegal activities, if the purchases is made using illegal methods or if the customer don't behave toward our staff.
