Since the beginning of time, man has carried his necessary accessories in sacks. First made of leather and then of canvas. A simple bag/sack that got the name haversack (or also Havresack and Satchel).
This sack holds e.g. water, food and tools to light a fire. Lid with classic British 80's origin locks used by both their and German defense forces.
In the front pouch, the inside is compatible with the VIS system (velcro hook) so accessories can be attached in there. Additional accessories can be attached on MOLLE -lines.
Note that most pictures show the bag in coyote, this article refers to Shadow Gray / Black.
