UTS®, Urban Tactical Shorts® is a further development of the immensely popular UTL trousers. Note that some pictures show the shorts in coyote, these are for khaki.
The shorts are designed to be a little more "mid-profile" and not stand out as much in civilian contexts while maintaining function. These shorts are of very high quality and are also really comfortable! Excellent function with stretch, smart pouches and comfortable fit. Given the favorite summer garment.
This is the short 6" shorts version (inseam) that ends above the knee. It also comes in 8.5" which is a little longer and 11" which ends with "on" the knee.

Materials: 60% Cotton, 37% Polyester, 3% Spandex.Rip-stop.
Zippers made of YKK®.
Zip fly.Velcro panel above instead of button for waist size adjustment.
Ten pouches:
- Two front pouches with reinforced edges.
- Four thigh pouches: Two large ones that close with zippers and two smaller ones that sit outside the large ones. These close with velcro and are well suited for mobile phones and the like.
- Four back pouches: Two large and two smaller inside the large.
The trousers are elasticated in the center back for an optimal fit.
Double reinforced knees/bottom with two layers of fabric.
The front belt loops have extra loops for attaching a d-ring or carabiner .
Note that Helikon's measurements measure the garment, not the body they are supposed to fit on, so compare the measurements appropriately with a garment that fits you well.
