Stylish uniform trousers from the civil defence. More or less identical to the 59 uniform except that it is blue.
Very durable trousers with reinforcements on the knees and other exposed areas.
Two thigh pouches, two "regular" and two back pouches.
Buttons for suspenders. available.

At the bottom are leather straps that are tightened over the boots, a very nice detail.
