Hatsan 125 PRO QE Vortex 5.5 mm 10J is a modern break-barrel air rifle for those who want good precision, ergonomics, and high performance in a license-free version. The ergonomic thumbhole stock, adjustable Quattro Trigger, and rifled QE barrel make this model a strong choice for precision shooting with a rifle scope. With about 138 m/s it reaches maximum license-free power in this caliber.

The rifle lacks iron sights and is built to be used with a scope. The scope in the picture is not included. However, a Hatsan Protector scope mount is included, a recoil-absorbing mount for scopes with 1 inch / 25.4 mm tube diameter. The mount is installed on 11 mm rails and reduces strain on the scope when shooting.

Vortex gas piston – smoother firing cycle and the option for higher power

Vortex is Hatsan’s gas ram system and provides a smoother firing cycle, less vibration, and a more controlled recoil feel than a traditional steel spring. The rifle operates like any other break-barrel and does not require refilling during normal use.
The gas piston can be pressurized to higher levels with a PCP pump or scuba tank for higher muzzle velocity, but then the rifle becomes license-required. You can also purchase a gas piston for full power from the start to avoid adjusting it yourself. This model comes ready in a license-free 10 J version.

QE barrel and SAS for better shooting comfort

QE stands for Quiet Energy and means an integrated sound-dampening barrel construction. Hatsan’s SAS – Shock Absorber System reduces vibration and stress on optics.
