Pyramex Venture II ballistic safety glasses with anti-fog – clear lens

Pyramex Venture II ESB1810S is a pair of ballistic safety glasses with a clear panoramic lens, designed for airsoft, shooting, work, and other activities where eye protection against impacts and flying particles is required.

The strongly curved lens has a 9.75 base curve and provides a wide field of vision as well as side protection without separate side shields. The lens features both anti-fog and scratch-resistant coatings to maintain visibility during demanding use.

The glasses meet the protective standards ANSI Z87.1, MIL-PRF-32432, and EN166.

Clear panoramic lens with wide field of view

The clear panoramic lens wraps around the sides of the face and provides a wide field of view with minimal visual disturbance. The construction also allows for extended side protection from particles and objects approaching from a forward angle.

The clear lens has a light transmission of 96% and is therefore especially suitable for indoor use, on cloudy days, and in other environments where high light transmittance is important.

Anti-fog and scratch-resistant treatments

The lens features an Anti-Fog treatment that prevents fogging during temperature changes, physical activity, and prolonged use.

An Anti-Scratch treatment helps protect the lens surface from scratches caused by normal use, cleaning, and storage. Nevertheless, the glasses should be transported in a protective case to preserve the optical qualities of the lens.

Ballistically tested safety glasses

The Venture II is made for use in environments where the eyes may be exposed to impacts and flying particles. The model meets MIL-PRF-32432 as well as civilian safety standards ANSI Z87.1 and EN166.

This makes the glasses suitable for airsoft, sport shooting, workshop work, construction work, and other activities where approved eye protection is required.

Protection against UV radiation

The clear lens provides comprehensive protection against ultraviolet radiation. According to the supplier's spectral data, 100% of UVA and UVB radiation within the wavelength range of 200–380 nm is blocked.

The lens also reduces about 9% of blue light within 400–700 nm and about 18% of infrared radiation within 780–2000 nm.

Adjustable temples and soft nose pads

The black temples can be adjusted to customize the fit of the glasses. Soft, non-slip nose pads help the glasses stay securely in place during movement and reduce pressure over the bridge of the nose during long-term use.

The lightweight design and continuous panoramic lens make the glasses comfortable to wear during longer work sessions or airsoft game days.
