All aluminum.

This is a silencer dummy. It has no sound dampening effect and it is purely for appearance and that you can accommodate a longer inner barrel. This is only suitable for limited effect weapons (airsoft, for example), not real weapons.
Genuine silencers are licensed, this is by definition not a silencer and thus license-free.
