MFH Commander lined winter jacket with hidden hood – olive green

Product description

MFH Commander is a warm-lined winter jacket for hunting, outdoor life, work, and everyday use during the colder parts of the year. The jacket has a windproof and water-repellent outer fabric made of nylon taslon, taped seams, and a water column of 5000 mm.
The jacket features 190 g/m² polyester insulation over the body and 170 g/m² in the sleeves. The slightly lighter insulation in the sleeves provides a more flexible jacket around the arms, while the torso gets a stronger warming layer.
The concealed and adjustable hood, water-repellent zippers, and the fleece-lined collar make the Commander well-suited for winter use. The design is inspired by a classic military jacket, with olive green color, sleeve pocket, and hook-and-loop panels for patches.

Warming Polyester Insulation

Commander has 190 g/m² polyester insulation over the body and 170 g/m² in the sleeves. The construction provides ample warmth over the torso while the slightly thinner sleeve insulation makes movement easier.
The quilted construction keeps the insulation evenly distributed and prevents it from shifting inside the jacket.
The high collar is lined with fleece to feel comfortable around the neck. The front two-way zipper has a soft chin guard that reduces chafing when the jacket is fully closed.

Protection from Wind and Moisture

The outer fabric is made from 55 g/m² 70D × 160D nylon taslon. The material is windproof and water-repellent, with a specified water column of 5000 mm.
The taped seams limit water penetration through the fabric's joints, and the external zippers are designed to repel water. This makes the Commander well-suited for snow, drizzle, and changing winter weather.
The jacket is also PFAS-free.

Concealed and Adjustable Hood

The collar houses a concealed hood that can quickly be brought out when the weather worsens and tucked away when not needed. The hood can be adjusted with a drawstring and cord locks to fit closely around the head.
The collar also features a drawstring with cord locks in the back, allowing you to reduce the opening and better block out cold wind.

Four Zippered Pockets

The jacket features four zippered pockets. The two hip pockets are partially lined with fleece and can also be used to warm your hands. On the left upper arm there is a small pocket for items that need to be easily accessible, and on the inside, there is a mesh pocket with a zipper.

Hook-and-loop Panels and Adjustable Fit

There are approx. 9 × 9 cm hook-and-loop panels for patches on both upper arms.
The sleeve cuffs can be adjusted with hook-and-loop, and the hem has an elastic drawstring with cord locks. This means the jacket can be adjusted depending on the layers you wear underneath and sealed tighter in windy conditions.
