Product description

MFH Commander are a pair of warm-lined insulated pants that can be used as overpants in cold, windy, and damp conditions. The pants have 250 g/m² polyester insulation and a windproof and water-repellent outer fabric with a 5000 mm water column rating.
The full-length two-way zippers along both sides allow the pants to be put on and taken off quickly without removing your boots. The design is reminiscent of the Swedish Armed Forces’ insulated pants m/90, especially in their use as overpants and the full-length side zippers.
Commander is ideal for hunting, fishing, winter work, outdoor activities, and breaks on cold days. The pants can quickly be pulled over your regular clothing when activity slows down and taken off again when they are no longer needed.

Full-length two-way zippers

On both sides are full-length two-way zippers that run from the waist to the hem. The large openings make it easy to put on and take off the pants over heavy winter, hunting, or work boots.
The zippers can be opened from both the top and bottom. The front of the pants closes with a zipper and a wind flap secured by Velcro.

250 g/m² polyester insulation

The pants have 250 g/m² polyester insulation that provides a thick warming layer over the legs. The quilted construction keeps the insulation evenly distributed and prevents it from shifting inside the pants.
The generous insulation makes these pants especially useful when standing or sitting still for extended periods, such as during hunting, fishing, winter work, and breaks.

Protection against wind and moisture

The outer fabric is made from 55 g/m² 70D × 160D nylon taslon. The material is windproof and water-repellent with a stated water column of 5000 mm, providing good protection against wind, snow, and light rain.
The pants are also PFAS-free.

Adjustable fit

The elastic waistband is complemented by Velcro adjustments on the sides, allowing you to adjust the width depending on how many layers you are wearing underneath. The raised back section gives extra coverage over the lower lumbar area.
The pants feature approximately 6 cm long belt loops, making them compatible with wider gear belts. The leg cuffs are elastic and can be adjusted with Velcro straps to close more securely around your boots.

Reinforced knees and seat

The knees and seat are reinforced for increased durability during work, kneeling, and use in rough terrain. This is especially valuable for overpants worn on top of other clothing and frequently coming into contact with the ground, snow, and equipment.

The measurements are taken directly from the garment. Waist width, hip width, and leg opening are listed as half circumferences. Since the pants are intended for use as overpants, allow for the clothes to be worn underneath.
