Product description

British troops and adventurers wore this helmet during the colonial era until the 50s.
Adjustable size up to approx. 59.
Called pith helmet by the British, pith then roughly meant plant fiber and they got the name because the helmet is partly made of precisely this. The frame is made of some kind of plant fiber resin and the fabric is 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
Newly made in Vietnam.
Nice quality, would definitely work "for real".
Some pictures the helmet is very yellower, these photos are from the time when our photography equipment was clearly questionable. More correct color is the beige seen in the main image.
