A smaller variant of warrior's popular large medic pouch.
Several different storage options for various medical equipment (not included).
Note that the close-ups show the pouch in multicam, this one is green.

The pouch is attached to MOLLE and fits on combat vest as well as leg rig. The MOLLE platform that you attach to the vest is attached with strong Velcro to the pouch so that you can quickly tear it off.
