Specna Arms Shortie-13 is a tactical dual-band radio that combines reliable VHF/UHF communication with modern functionality and robust construction. It is developed in collaboration with Baofeng and works excellently for airsoft, outdoor activities, hunting, maritime use, and emergency preparedness.

The radio has transmission on 144–146 MHz (VHF) and 430–440 MHz (UHF), as well as FM radio reception (65–108 MHz) for news and music. It is water-resistant (IPX4), has USB-C charging, VOX hands-free function, built-in flashlight, programming support via PC as well as support for CTCSS/DCS codes and up to 999 memory channels.

The package includes headset with microphone and PTT-button, USB-C charger, clip, and Li-ion battery (1500 mAh).
