Heating bag/heatpack "Flameless heater" for e.g. 24H meals soft preserves MRE (not freeze-dried).
Put the dish on top of the heater, in the bag together with 50 ml of water and wait about 10 minutes, then the dish is ready to eat!
Very cold water or cold weather can delay the chemical reaction. To remedy this, lukewarm water is advantageously used. You can also put the heating bag inside the jacket after adding water to use body heat to heat the water to speed up the process.
Do not use boiling water, the reaction will go too fast and hot water may splash.
Once the heater has started, feel free to insulate from ground cold and wind for best results, for example by placing a sleeping pad that you fold over, or place the heating bag in a cardboard box or bag. The bag emits water vapor during cooking.
