This is a complete freeze-dried meal from Food Force where you get both a filling main course and several side items in the same package. Perfect for hiking, camping, or as part of your emergency preparedness when you need high energy density, low weight, and easy preparation. The main course consists of pasta bolognese that is prepared directly in the pouch by adding hot water. In about 15 minutes you have a ready meal. The freeze-drying process keeps the food lightweight while preserving taste and nutritional value. In addition to the main course, crispbread, peanuts, energy bar, tea, sugar, and salt are included, giving you a more complete meal compared to only freeze-dried food.

Preparation – Pasta Bolognese

• Open the pouch and unfold the bottom
• Add boiling water up to the marking (approx. 500 ml)
• Stir thoroughly
• Let stand for about 15 minutes
• Stir again before serving and adjust liquid as needed
