This is a complete meal from Food Force where you get both a hot main course and several energy-rich sides in one package. Suitable for hiking, camping, field work, or as part of your emergency preparedness. The main course consists of pasta with chicken which is prepared directly in the pouch. Add hot water and let stand for about 15 minutes for a ready meal. The freeze-drying process gives low weight and good shelf life while preserving the flavor. Preparation – Pasta with chicken

• Open the pouch and unfold the bottom
• Add about 400 ml boiling water
• Stir thoroughly
• Let stand for about 15 minutes
• Stir again before serving and adjust liquid as needed
