Product description

FireDragon fuel tablets are manufactured in the United Kingdom and are ethanol-based. Used for field stoves, etc. The ethanol provides very high energy content and burns with a strong flame, energy content about 28,000 kJ / kg. The tablets can even be used indoors and emit no soot or strong odor. They can be stored together with food as they are non-toxic.

Waterproof, burns even when wet. Unlike other ethanol-based fuels (such as denatured alcohol), it works excellently in cold conditions. The fuel does not need to be stored warm and burns vigorously and lights easily with a normal match, even in winter after the tablet has been dropped in the snow.

We tested a tablet in winter (-6 degrees) and 0.5 liters of cold water boiled in just under 6 minutes. The tablet then burned for just over 10 minutes.

One of our customers boiled 500 ml of water from snow to boiling in minus 8 degrees with three tablets.

3 tablets fit perfectly in the Fire Dragon BCB field stove, a flexible way to carry plenty of fuel.

It also works as an emergency antibacterial if you need to disinfect a wound in a survival situation.
Each bag contains 12 tablets and each tablet burns for about 8 minutes. Each tablet weighs 27 grams.
Each tablet is individually packaged.

The tablets are NATO approved and used by the British military.
