Mini Trangia is exactly what it sounds like - Trangia's smallest stove. It was developed for the multi-sport competition KIMM (Karrimor International Mountain Marathon) and has been used, among other things, by the military because it fits exactly in military trousers with a bellows pouch or in a multi-purpose pouch.

We at Rodastjarnan used this stove during military service as norrland rangers in 2005-2006. The stove was stored in a multipurpose pouch large on the combat vest and was used to melt snow and heat water for individual soldiers. The burner with alcohol was carried in the trouser pouch to keep warm, one could then change socks and melt snow in a short break (15 minutes). Remember to have some sticks or similar under the burner if you use the stove in snow, otherwise the snow will melt and the stove will overturn. After 100+ days in the field, often in a subarctic climate, we can only conclude that this stove works.
