Product description
Classic perculator coffee maker black speckled enamel. The perculator itself can be detached.
Note that several pictures show a blue perculator (20259), this product refers to a black perculator.
Brews approx. 8 cups. You can of course brew less, but after some tests we recommend at least 4 cups to get proper flow on the circulation.
You can use both course and fine coffee in this brewer, it's a matter of taste. A perculator works according to the circulation principle where the water vapor condenses over the coffee container as hot water and should then, according to those in the know, give an excellent coffee.
Do this: Get fire steel and birch bark, make a fire and enjoy the nature. Take coffee and pour into the perforated container by removing the lid. Fill the jug with water, don't have too little water, then it won't be good. Place the container of coffee, standing on its foot, in the pot. The coffee will now stand on its feet above the water. Place the pot on the embers (it's best to have a small stand, so the fire and embers below get oxygen) and wait until it starts to boil. The coffee is now being brewed, the longer you wait the stronger the coffee will be.
Made of steel with double enamelling.
