Product description
Waterproof sleeping bag cover with waterproof bottom. Similar model that the defense uses, however, this is based on an American/German model. Bottom part in durable and water-repellent polyester. Upper part in breathable functional material that releases moisture but protects against rain (3-layer laminate fabric, with "fluffy" inside). It can be fastened completely over the face, with a velcro part. Drawstring around the head. Zipper and press studs on the side.
Well-proportioned size, 225 cm long and proper width of 85 cm.
On the other hand, it is tight to fit a thick sleeping bag and equipment if you are tall (190 cm). You should not expect to fit boots and a backpack inside the bivy. I, who am 190 cm tall, can however fit with a jacket, trousers and plenty of equipment such as a pillow.
Protects the sleeping bag against moisture, frost and dew. Especially at the torso, where the body heat makes the membrane work optimally, the sleeping bag is usually completely dry. As a rule, moisture always forms at the feet, to expel the moisture there, you can place a water bottle filled with warm water at the feet. Feel free to wrap the bottle in a sock or similar to get an even heat release.
Bottom part in strong waterproof fabric with taped seams.
