Fire steel with ignition material and tin box

Product description

Ferrocerium-type fire steel that sparks when scraped. On the string is a piece of steel that can be used to make sparks. However, a knife is always easier to get proper sparks with. If you use the scraper, you need to grip it quite hard.

Supplied with a tin box (perfect start to the survival box). Also includes some tinder material and two trioxane tablets (same as ESBIT).

With a fire steel, you can always make a fire, it never runs out and can withstand moisture. However, a little practice is required to become effective.
