Fosco Sharpening Stones is a compact and lightweight sharpening stone with two grinding surfaces that make it easy to both restore and hone the edge on your knives. The stone has two different grit sizes: a coarse side (120 grit) for sharpening very dull knives or repairing minor edge damage, and a finer side (240 grit) for creating an even and sharp final edge. How to use

• Soak or wet the stone with water before use
• Draw the knife edge along the stone at a consistent angle, as if slicing thin layers off the surface
• Start with the coarse side (120 grit) for dull edges or small damages
• Finish with the fine side (240 grit) for better sharpness and finish
• Rinse the stone as needed during use
