With its Scandi grind, you get excellent control when carving, whittling, and doing other precision work in wood. At the same time, the blade shape works great for simple meal preparation in the field.

The ground spine is designed for use with fire starters, making the knife practical for fire making without extra tools.

Ergonomic handle for a secure grip

The handle is designed to work in multiple grips and different weather conditions. The slightly flatter shape and tapered front provide better precision, while grooves on the top improve control during detailed work.

The three-part handle with a PP core and TPE surface provides a stable, non-slip grip even when it’s cold, wet, or dirty.

Carbon steel (C100S) with DLC – high sharpness and good protection

The blade is made from German carbon steel (C100S) from C.D. Wälzholz and has a hardness of approximately 57.5 HRC. Carbon steel often provides a very sharp edge and excellent cutting performance, especially when working with wood.

The black DLC coating protects against corrosion and wear, as well as reducing reflections, which is a clear advantage compared to untreated carbon steel.

Practical sheath with flexible mounting

The included sheath is symmetrical and suits both right- and left-handed users. With the Click-On mount, the knife can easily be attached to a belt or equipment and combined with other compatible accessories.
