Replacement Filter with EZ-Clean Membrane™ for BeFree AC (42 mm)

This is an original replacement filter for the Katadyn BeFree AC in the color Slate Blue. The filter is equipped with the EZ-Clean Membrane™ and purifies water down to 0.1 micron, which effectively reduces protozoa and bacteria when used in the field.

When the filter has purified approximately 1000 liters of water, it should be replaced. The actual lifespan is affected by water quality—clear water provides greater capacity, while murky water may reduce lifespan.

Compatibility

Works with all BeFree systems with a 42 mm opening, except for the Gravity and Bottle versions.

EZ-Clean – easy cleaning in the field

The filter is cleaned without tools by shaking the bottle with water or by dipping the filter and moving it from side to side. This helps restore the flow during use.
