Micropur prevents the growth of bacteria and the development of odors in drinking water containers and pipes.
• The effect of Micropur is based on the bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties of silver. Unlike chlorine, whose effect lasts a few hours in water, silver ions will preserve water for up to 6 months. The silver ions stick to the cell walls of microorganisms preventing their growth.
• Micropur can be used wherever drinking water remains in a system for a long time such as in cisterns or water tanks.
• Ideal for preserving water in holiday homes, boats, motorhomes, caravans.
• Too clear, not too cloudy water because suspended matter can weaken the effect of silver ions.
