Backpack M/39 Swedish

Product description

The old Swedish army backpack. Strong canvas and fine leather. With waist belt and shoulder straps. Nice details, for example metal fasteners for the cartridge pouches.
This backpack refers to a used backpack; the condition is fully functional (no sagging, broken straps, any tears repaired, etc.). Soldier's name and common wear appear. Also backpacks in unused condition, but which have been more than usual affected by storage, are sold on this item.
Made around 1940.

In the pictures, all straps are greased, they can be delivered with either lighter or darker straps .
We have a couple in stock, examples of what they look like are in the pictures.
Keep in mind that they were in storage for almost 70 years. Airing, oiling and maybe hand washing may be needed for sensitive people.
