Product description

Hand/wrist warmers made of heavily knitted woolen yarn. Defense forces' production, oversold but in new condition. Has looked the same since the world war, but was probably made in the 60s.
Made with holes for the thumb, so it also warms part of the hand. Popular hand warmers for the colder months.
The article refers to two warmers, a pair as they call it.

Was awarded them during conscription in 2005. We had a good laugh at these relics, but learned to love them. The gap between the snow jacket and the glove cooled the hand and could lead to frostbite, but with these wrist warmers the superficial blood vessels in the hand were isolated. In addition, they are durable and made of wool that warms even when damp.
