Classic West German design, based on the Gebirgs rucksack army backpack. Made of canvas.
The lower part of the rucksack is PVC-coated so that it is water-resistant when, for example, you set it down on the ground.
The lid has four D-rings so you can attach e.g. sleeping pad, tarp, blanket or tent.
Detachable waist strap which is also adjustable. The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable.
The side pouches are not sewn above and below, so you can attach things behind them.
Inside there is a compartment/divider where you can put a seat pad or BW sleeping pad.
