New production of the German Army's folding sleeping pad. Perfect as a lightweight underlay that fits even in smaller backpacks. This sleeping pad is not from the defense but civilian production of the same type. Unfortunately, the original has become almost impossible to get hold of on the surplus market.
The sleeping pad is quite thin and is suitable as a spring and summer pad or as a more short-term pad in the winter (perfect for day trips).
However, the sleeping pad also works great in winter. if it is supplemented with a spruce spray bed or inflatable pad.
The sleeping pad has small closed cells, so it withstands moisture well and is semi-rigid and is therefore unusually resistant to unevenness despite its thinness.
100% EVA foam, approx. 0.5 cm thick.
Measures folded approx. 30x40cm. unfolded approx. 60x190cm.
