With the Omnia Stove you get freshly baked bread and delicious oven food directly on the stove heat. Omnia is easy to use, has low weight, takes up little space and requires no installations.
Omnia is a long-proven construction with three parts that together provide upper and lower heat. The three parts must always be used together.
The omnia form is a specially designed round form with a hole in the middle. It stands on a bowl-shaped base that also has a hole in the middle. The bowl form conducts hot air from the heat source along the underside of the Omnia form and provides underfloor heating. The holes in the base and the Omnia shape cause the stove heat to go up through the construction, hit the lid, and provide superheat. The lid has ventilation holes.
Omnia can be used on all heat sources except induction. Keep in mind that the effect and thus the heat varies between different stoves and coockers. If you have not used your Omnia before, feel free to try a simple recipe, such as a ready-made sugar cookie dough, to find the right heat on your particular stove.
Stainless steel base, quality SS430. The Omnia mold and lid are made of aluminium. Diameter 250 mm, volume of the mold 2.0 L, height 70 mm. "Use height" including knob approx. 140 mm. Weight approx. 0.5 kg. Omnia is delivered in a practical storage bag.
