Petromax Dutch Oven Essential ft4.5 is a classic cast iron pot for cooking over open fire, grill, stove, and in the oven. The size is convenient for smaller groups and is perfect for stews, slow-cooked dishes, bread, roasts, and other meals where the even heat of cast iron makes a difference. A Dutch Oven is more than just an ordinary cast iron pot. When cooking outdoors, you can place the pot in or over the embers and put embers or briquettes on top of the lid. This way, the food gets heat from both below and above, and the pot functions much like a small oven. This makes it possible, for example, to bake bread and make casseroles right at the campfire.

Even heat and natural non-stick effect

The cast iron stores a lot of heat and distributes it evenly in the pot.
