A stainless steel chainmail scrubber that gently and effectively cleans your cast iron pans, pots, and woks. The construction consists of tight rings that remove food residues without damaging the natural coating of the cast iron. The design is shaped like a flexible cloth with a larger ring in the corner for easy hanging. Unlike a dish brush or sponge, it lasts much longer and works optimally even when you avoid detergent.

I have used this for a few years and want to write a comment about how satisfied I am. I do a lot of cooking in cast iron, both pans, pots, and a lot in the wok pan and this or a similar product is more or less obligatory to keep them in shape. I usually, when I have finished cooking and the pan is still warm, pour in some water so that the water gets slightly warm from the pan's heat and then scrape the inside of the pan with this. Super effective and you don't ruin the coating like when you use detergent. If you have cooked fatty food, the fat can sometimes stick to the chainmail cloth when you are done, but then you just pour a little detergent on the "cloth" and rinse off, there you are free to use detergent.
