BeaverCrafts BSH4 bushcraft knife is handcrafted and updated from its very popular predecessors with several improved features and functions.
The blade is full tang i.e. goes through the entire handle as well for maximum durability and strength.
BeaverCrafts bushcraft knife is made from 3.5mm high quality 1066 carbon steel, after rough grinding each knife is manually honed for precise angle and sharpness of the knife. The hardness of the blade is 58-60 HRC. The blade is treated to resist corrosion which also gives a beautiful black color.
Leather scabbard comes with metal hardware and loop to attach to belt. Can be attached either to the "extra" length of leather loop or directly to the loop on the scabbard depending on whether you want it to hang level with the belt or a bit lower, the latter being good if you're wearing a jacket.
The handle is made of European walnut and as it is a natural material the color can vary between light and dark wood, the handle is treated with linseed oil.
