Leatherman Wave+ Black Molle is a classic from Leatherman. It has most of what you need and does its job excellently.

The blades, saw and file can be easily folded out with the tool closed and only one hand is needed. Those tools lock in the unfolded position so that the risk of you cutting yourself and the like is reduced. According to many, this design is a must once you get used to it.

I, who am writing this, have had a Wave myself for about 10 years and I am immensely satisfied with it, recommend it strongly.

Wave® is a good all-in-one tool and thrives in e.g. the car, the backpack and for everyday use.
