RAL-7031 is a brown-green-grey color, sometimes called Ranger Green. It's a more greyish and muted green, goes quite well with the swedish new "FM Grey".
In the picture with the helmet, the helmet and parts of the hearing protection are painted this color.

Very high quality spray paint from the company Fosco Industries. Quick-drying and highly pigmented, which means that it covers very well and you don't have to wait a long time before you can paint again. Very durable! Excellent paint for everything from weapons to mopeds.

Alkyd resin-based and with degree of matte 5.
Dust dry after about 10 minutes.
Tack free after about 45 minutes.
Thoroughly dry and hardened after approx. 16 hours
Temperature resistant up to 110°C.

Can be clear coated with clearcoats compatible with alkyd resin paint, works with most one and two component clearcoats but always test a small area first to ensure compatibility between paint and clearcoat.
Use primer if necessary on metal for proper rust protection depending on the area of use. Plastic surfaces can consist of many different substances and some may need plastic primer for good adhesion.

It is more resistant to shocks and impacts compared to most other one-component paints.

Used extensively by staff to paint items in the shop as well as helmets and weapons privately. We have painted all-terrain vehicles and camper vans ourselves with Fosco colors with very good results.

This paint is also great for NIR-camouflage, making items less visible in night vision googles (military use). It's even possible to paint textiles and nylon and make it less visible is NVGs. We have tried most colors and they all work satisfying, but especially the dark green shades like Olive Drab is good.

This item can not be shipped outside of EU, to Iceland or Norway as it's pressurized and/or flammable.

Product NIR signature
Fosco colors change a product's NIR signature. The dark green colors are around 20-30%, Pale green and Marsh grass are around 70-80% and the black around 10% reflectivity. In this way, you can easily adapt both pattern and color even in the NIR spectrum.
In the pictures you can see a G36 and a helmet painted in desert colors. Note that the pattern is also maintained in the NIR spectrum. The pouch is a black pouch with bad NIR property. We painted half the pouch (left part) in Fosco paint, observe how much better the NIR signature became. For example, you can repaint green pouches with a bad NIR signature so they get a good NIR signature, but basically unchanged visual signature.

The NIR signature of a product refers to how it is experienced in an image intensifier/NVG. This is important for customers operating stealthily in a NIR environment. We have a product image that shows the product in the NIR spectrum as well as a reflectance scale.
