Leg panel of slim type. Intended to be worn high up on the thigh, quite close to the belt. A strap at the bottom that was attached around the leg keeps the panel in place. Six rows of webbing closely spaced for maximum freedom of adjustment in height, only one is used when attaching MOLLE pouches.
Quick fasteners to the belt so you don't have to take off the belt when you want to take off the leg plate.
Two strong adjustable 4 cm wide straps that you fasten around the leg, they are rubberized so they don't slide on the leg.
High quality YKK buckles. Adjustable distance between the plate and the belt.

If you want, you can easily convert the straps with scissors so that the panel lies directly against the belt, to get a super tight panel á la Costa. then you have minimal interference from the panel while at the same time you get more carrying space than with a belt alone.
